For the past 2 decades, Joseph has coached football and track & field at the middle and high school levels. He is certified as a United States Track & Field Level II coach. He specializes as a sprint, hurdles and relay coach at St. Thomas High School, where his team has won multiple state track and field championships.

His daily reminder comes from the book of Isaiah 1:17 – “Learn to do right; seek justice. Defend the oppressed. Take up the cause of the fatherless; plead the case of the widow.”
