Joseph Malouf, born and raised in rural West Texas, pursued a diverse career path from pharmacy to law. Graduating with honors from the University of Texas College of Pharmacy in 1984, he earned accolades such as the Sheftal Award and the American Pharmaceutical Association Award. After practicing as a pharmacist and receiving recognition as Outstanding Young Pharmacist of the Year, Joseph transitioned to law, graduating from Texas Tech University School of Law in 1988.
