Originally from Gulfport, Mississippi, Shardé Marks-Riley, Esq. is a Texas attorney with experience in personal injury, civil litigation, and workers compensation.

Shardé has represented clients since 2014 and brings to the law a no non-sense approach when it comes to what is ”fair” for the clients. She has experience handling a wide variety of civil litigation matters with experience in motion practice, hearings, mediations, trials, and experienced in other aspects of civil litigation.

Shardé received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Mississippi State University and later attended the University of Southern Mississippi and took Master level courses in Political Science. In 2009, she attended Thurgood Marshall School of Law where she received her Juris Doctorate degree in 2012. During law school, she was a Dean list recipient, Review Editor of the TMSL Law Journal, intern at the Harris County Public Defender’s Office for a year, member of the Criminal Law Clinic where she helped exonerate innocent people, and member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity.

In 2022, Sharde’ was named Top 10 Personal Injury Attorneys under 40 in Texas and has appeared on multiple social media platforms throughout her career giving advice to injured clients to help them pursue a successful claim again the insurance company. While helping clients is her ultimate passion, she has also worked on the other side of the aisle working for the defense which helps her have an advantage against the insurance company and be successful in trial.

Shardé is passionate about volunteering at outreach programs, mentoring, spending time with family, and traveling.
