We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Personal Injury Litigation Attorney who is fluent in Spanish to join our dynamic legal team. As a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, you will play a crucial role in representing our clients in personal injury cases and ensuring their rights and interests are protected. You will work closely with clients, negotiate settlements, and advocate on their behalf in court when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert legal counsel and representation to clients in personal injury cases.
•  Conduct thorough investigations to gather evidence, assess liability, and determine damages.
• Communicate with clients to explain legal options, potential outcomes, and keep them informed throughout the case.
• Prepare and file legal documents, including complaints, motions, and pleadings.
• Engage in negotiations with insurance companies and opposing counsel to reach favorable settlements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, including trials, hearings, and depositions.
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with all legal deadlines.
• Collaborate with other attorneys and legal professionals to strategize and build strong cases.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents related to personal injury.
• Must be able to participate in mediations, depositions, and hearings as needed.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
• Exceptional negotiation and courtroom advocacy skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently, in a group and be able to coach other paralegals.
• Strong commitment to ethical legal practices and client advocacy.
