Job description A personal injury case manager is responsible for managing the claims process after someone is injured or becomes sick. You will work with clients to determine their needs and ensure that they receive the best possible care. You will ensure that all clients’ medical bills are paid, as well as any other expenses related to their treatment. You must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with clients about their needs and concerns.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitoring case details such as court dates, settlement offers, and verdicts to ensure they are handled properly.
- Managing all aspects of the case including client contact, filing paperwork with the court, communicating with insurance adjusters and lawyers, and arranging medical care for clients
- Coordinating settlement negotiations between clients and insurance companies to reach a settlement agreement that is acceptable to all parties involved.
- Communicating with clients to update them on their case status and answer any questions they may have about their case.
- Working with attorneys to collect evidence and prepare for trials.
- Reviewing case files for accuracy and adding new information as needed
- Tracking insurance claim status and filing lawsuit paperwork as necessary
- Assisting clients with obtaining treatment for injuries sustained during accidents.
- Providing case management services to clients who have been injured in accidents.

Experience
- Excellent verbal, and written communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette skills
- Minimum 2 years Personal Injury & nbsp; case management & nbsp; experience
- Background in sales a plus & nbsp;
- Strong communication skills to enable positive interaction with clients, team members, medical providers, and adjusters & nbsp;
