A huge blast in south Philadelphia tore through the East Coast’s biggest fuel treatment facility complex Friday morning.

A gigantic flame emitted after three blasts in a tank of propane, the organization said. Prior, the local group of fire-fighters said the impact happened in a butane tank. The blast turned the predawn sky orange and was felt miles away, as indicated by reports.
