A proud Aggie, she earned a B.A. in Economics with honors (cum laude) from Texas A&M University before obtaining her J.D. from the University of Houston Law Center in 2022, passing the Bar before graduating.
She is currently pursuing an MBA at Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business. As part of her MBA program, Tara worked in Bogotá, Colombia, providing in-depth business strategy analysis for a Colombian-owned company.
Outside of work, Tara is an avid traveler (26 countries and counting) enjoys theater, dance, playing guitar, and spending time with her family and fur babies.
